I hereby release and discharge The Beauté Boutique, its employees, and any affiliated personnel from any liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after the spa services. I understand that I assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the treatments.

I grant The Beauté Boutique Co. the permission to capture photographs of my treatments for promotional purposes, both online and offline. I understand that my identity will be kept confidential, and my name will not be disclosed in association with the photographs.
